Role Overview
Kodak is looking for an Electrical Engineering Co-op to contribute to the development of our continuous inkjet technology and printing products in our Dayton, OH facility. This is a Spring 2025 Co-op.
This electrical engineering student will work with a mentor engineer in a multi-functional engineering team that could include research and development (R&D), product development, manufacturing, system integration, and system engineering. Our continuous inkjet technology provides the opportunity to work on complex, multidisciplinary problems. Engineering co-op projects involve understanding and analyzing these problems and proposing design solution alternatives.
The co-op will also gain experience both in design and analysis methods as well as participate in laboratory/bench level testing and experimental techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Provide electrical engineering support as needed under direction of his mentor engineer and/or engineering leader.
• Interface with the multi-functional teams including R&D, production, sustaining engineering, field service and end customers to address on-going field performance problems.
• Provide technical support to operations teams to assist troubleshooting manufacturing and assembly processes and resolve product quality issues.
Required Education:
• Enrolled in an ABET accredited BSEE program, at a minimum successfully completed freshman year.
