Kodak earns top 'Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality'

honor for 21st consecutive year

The Human Rights Campaign's annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) has been released for 2023-2024 and Kodak has scored 100 percent for the 21st consecutive year. The Corporate Equality Index is the nation's leading benchmarking tool for evaluating a company's LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion policies, serving employees, consumers, and investors. Companies that score 100 percent are recognized as "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality."

The Human Rights Campaign celebrates companies that have inclusive equal employment opportunity policies, provide equal employment benefits, demonstrate organizational LGBTQ competency, evidence their commitment to equality publicly, and exercise responsible citizenship. This year's survey engaged over 1,300 businesses, indicating an increase in the successful implementation of inclusion best practices in the U.S. Kodak’s VP Human Resources Jeanne Hilley noted, "Kodak is proud to have topped the Corporate Equality Index list every year since its inception.

We are committed to diversity and inclusion as a priority and will continue our work in creating an equitable and inclusive workplace for everyone in the Kodak community." To read the 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index report, please click click here.
