Customer and Sales Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

The Customer and Sales Enablement Specialist supports initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, brand loyalty, and overall sales enablement. This role works closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to coordinate customer communications, manage engagement initiatives, collect feedback, and help deliver a
consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, data-driven, and passionate about understanding customer needs. 

Responsibilities: 
•    Assist in the planning and execution of customer engagement activities within Kodak’s Customer Experience Center 
•    Support customer events, webinars, trade shows, and virtual engagement programs
•    Monitor customer journey touchpoints and identify opportunities for process and communication improvements
•    Support marketing and retail operations for the Kodak Center by coordinating promotional materials, event communications, digital content updates, customer engagement activities, and point-of-sale marketing initiatives
•    Support product managers in coordinating new product development and commercialization activities by maintaining product documentation, specifications, project timelines, and launch schedules
•    Assist with product launches, go-to-market activities, training materials, and internal communications
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•    Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
