Software Engineer Intern

Role Overview

Kodak is looking for an Software Engineer Intern  to contribute to the development of our continuous inkjet technology and printing products in our Dayton, OH facility. 

This engineering student will work with a mentor engineer in a multi-functional engineering team that could include research and development (R&D), product development, manufacturing, system integration, and system engineering.  Our continuous inkjet technology provides the opportunity to work on complex, multidisciplinary problems.  

Engineering co-op projects involve understanding and analyzing these problems and proposing design solution alternatives.  

The co-op will also gain experience both in design and analysis methods as well as participate in laboratory/bench level testing and experimental techniques. 

Responsibilities:
•    Provide software engineering support as needed under direction of his mentor engineer and/or engineering leader.
•    Interface with the multi-functional teams including R&D, production, sustaining engineering, field service and end customers to address on-going field performance problems.
•    Provide Software Engineering support for R&D development projects

Required Education:
•    Enrolled in an ABET accredited BSCS program, at a minimum successfully completed freshman year.
