Kodak is looking for an IT Software Engineer – Microsoft 365 Platform to design and deliver innovative, enterprise‑grade applications that power collaboration, automation, and information sharing across the organization.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and business—creating scalable, secure, and user‑friendly solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software solutions to improve business processes and user productivity
• Build modern, scalable applications leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies
• Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements, and deliver practical, best‑practice solutions
• Participate in high‑performing, collaborative teams across the full solution lifecycle—from concept through stabilization and support
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, integration, and database issues while ensuring a positive end‑user experience
• Maintain secure, compliant solutions that meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Share knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the broader engineering community as needed
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience with modern development technologies such as .NET, HTML5/CSS, JavaScript/NodeJS, and React
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience developing and administering solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• Experience building integrated solutions using REST APIs and Power Automate
• Familiarity with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and source control using Git and Azure DevOps
• Ability to take ownership of solutions and work from limited functional or technical specifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical partners
• Team leadership experience is a plus
• U.S.-based role; no travel required
