Role Overview

 

IT Support Analyst is responsible to support identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications. 
Their duties require broader knowledge and understanding in areas of server, network, security, computer hardware, software, application, and IT provisioning.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Support escalations , troubleshooting and maintaining IT computer services, including workstation computers, printers, servers, network, security, applications, that are carried by the organization.
•    Support deployment and upgrade IT computer services, including workstation computers, printers, servers, network, security, applications, that are carried by the organization
•    Interacting with clients on a day-to-day basis in addressing problems, training the clients as needed, using the appropriate ITIL tools, and propose technical solutions.
•    Working with third-party and different teams as needed to overcome issues efficiently. 
•    Assisting in analysis and improvements when resolving technical issues within broader IT areas.

 

Skills:
•    Working knowledge of relevant Workstation endpoint management, imaging, and IT end-user desktop & laptop computer, printer, server, network, security, computer hardware, software, and applications.
•    Provisioning - provision application accounts, assign roles & permissions for multiple corporate systems and environments. Follow strict process and procedures to ensure Audit and security compliance
•    Solid problem-solving, issue interpretation, and troubleshooting skills.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to details.
•    In some cases: On-Call and VIP Support
•    Good organization, time management and prioritization.
•    Effective working both in teams and individually.
•    Continuous learning - demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and resolves technical problems with some training and supervision

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
