Supply Chain Planner

Role Overview

As Supply Chain Planner, you will work with the Manufacturing Team to plan factory capacity, forecast supply, and coordinate resources.  SAP is used to plan the factory. You will need to understand relational databases, and the hierarchies used to create complex materials through multiple stages to create photographic film products.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Supply (including components) and Capacity Planning.
•    This position works closely with local technical experts who are responsible for manufacturing unique film components, complex film formulations and logistical details with manufacturing.
•    Root cause analysis for supply chain interruptions.
•    Resource for the manufacturing areas.
•    The successful Supply Chain Planner will become fluent in SAP as it is applied to manufacturing as well as interfacing with specialized legacy shop floor data systems.
•    Sarbanes Oxley and auditing familiarity.
•    Continuous optimization of the supply chain design for cost and delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 
•    Knowledge, prior application, and utilization of lean manufacturing tools and concepts.
•    Knowledge, prior application, and utilization of ERP/Order to Cash systems (SAP highly preferred).
•    SAP S4HANA experience desired.
•    High level of written and verbal communications skills across all levels of the organization and with customer teams.
•    Analytical skills to be able to help find the root cause of problems and suggest corrective actions.
•    Strong excel skills and a desire to improve as needed.
•    Competitive and enthusiasm to win.
•    Independent, resourceful, and strong follow through work ethic.
